Preparation: 2 kg of meats, 8 heads of garlic (280 g), 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper powder, 10 bowls (1.5 L) of water and 1 packet of A1 Soup Spices (35 g). Reduce half of the ingredients if only 1 kg of meat is used.
Cooking Instruction:
Rinse meat.
Pour 10 bowls (1.5 L) of water to boil, then put in meats, ingredients and 1 packet of A1 Soup Spices. Use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes.
