KIMLAN Additive-free Soy Sauce – 500ml/btl

Honey Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 boneless chicken thighs
• White sesame (optional)

Marinade

• 2 tbsp Kimlan Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Cooking Rice Wine

Teriyaki Sauce

• 2 tbsp Kimlan Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Mirin
• 2 tbsp Cooking Rice Wine
• 1 tsp Honey

Cooking Steps

1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cooking rice wine for 30 minutes.
2. Mix all teriyaki sauce ingredients until well combined.
3. Pan-fry chicken over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and simmer until slightly thickened and evenly coats the chicken.
5. Garnish with white sesame and serve.
